Peter Anthony Johnson

Peter Anthony JohnsonOur practice incorporates real business experience with legal knowledge and expertise through its principal, Peter Anthony Johnson. Our clients benefit from this dual perspective approach by gaining a range of advantages, from strategic legal positioning in negotiations to drafting creative, but enforceable contractual provisions.

We truly identify with the entrepreneur, as most of Mr. Johnson's business experience is the result of new venture development. Past business endeavors include the creation of a number of enterprises, including an international marine manufacturing, marketing and distribution corporation, which he founded and operated as President during the mid-90s. Following that project, he was the principal in the redevelopment plan of an art deco hotel in Miami Beach, Florida.

Mr. Johnson advised clients in the capacity of a new venture consultant prior to realizing his legal passion, having authored a number of business plans which generated capital and resulted in successful enterprises.
